Terms & Conditions

By submitting an entry to the Maison&100 Design Awards Asia, all participants agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

  • Projects submitted must have been completed between April 1, 2024 and April 30, 2025.

  • The project must be located within Asia*.

  • Submissions may be made by individuals, studios, or organizations involved in the project (e.g., interior designers, architects, firms, or project leads).

2. Submission Requirements

  • Each submission must include all required information and supporting materials as outlined in the submission form above.

  • Incomplete submissions or those not meeting the eligibility criteria will not be considered.

3. Intellectual Property

  • The entrant confirms that all submitted content (including images, text, and video links) is their original work or that they have obtained the necessary permissions and rights for use.

  • By submitting, the entrant grants the organiser the right to use submitted content for judging, promotion, marketing, and publication purposes related to the awards.

4. Judging and Results

  • All submissions will be reviewed by a panel of independent judges selected by the organiser.

  • The organiser’s decisions on all matters related to the awards, including judging outcomes, are final.

5. Deadlines

  • Submissions must be received before the stated deadline. Late entries may not be accepted.

7. Disqualification

  • The organiser reserves the right to disqualify any submission that is found to be plagiarised, fraudulent, or in violation of any of the above terms.

8. General

  • The organiser reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
